Where do you deliver?
We deliver within the Chicago city limits as well as to the following suburbs for an additional fee. Additionally, we offer domestic shipping as well as pick up from our Bucktown studio.
Can I select a specific delivery date or time for my gift?
During the checkout process you can request the date you would like your gift delivered. We contact the gift recipient prior to delivery to make sure that the gift can be received or left safely.
Deliveries are available Monday - Friday.
What if the recipient is not available to receive the gift?
We do our best to contact the recipient to coordinate delivery or an alternative location. If that is not possible, we will work with the giver to re-schedule for an additional fee.
Do you create custom corporate gifts?
We love working one on one with companies to create thoughtful, unique gifts to support sales initiatives, product launches, holidays or events. We are equipped to support everything from high-end small scale orders to full corporate lists.
